Well, as of yesterday the shipper has refused the return of the package. If it was in fact Rob that refused it, he is just being a bigger ******* now as he is just delaying my refund as long as he can.

Paypal ruled in my favor, and were only able to secure part of the funds. Rob was able to rip me off for $545.

Does anyone know for a fact what legal options i have?

Has this guy been banned from the forums yet? I would hate to have this happen to someone else on here. Sorry to hear about all your trouble. I hope you can sue his a$$ or get some kind of recourse for all of your wasted time and money. Hopefully one day soon he will get what's coming to him for pulling this kind of crap
