It all started when he posted some nice GM GT-C's on the classified for a pretty fair price. On 4/23 i paid him for these wheels, and the folling PM's are what transpired.

I received the Paypal, thank you. There is a slight problem, I not going to able to ship the GT_C for 2 weeks, earliest you would received them is 3 weeks. My new wheels came in with the wrong offsets, need to exchange them. I can refund your money if you do not feel like waiting 3 weeks for the wheels.

Keep in mind, this is 5/23. We are over 2 weeks at this point of zero communication.

After no word, on 5/29 i file a claim with paypal, and post in his BBK sale thread. To which he asures me he has sent the wheels and will pm me the fedex shipping #. He has deleted this thread, but a few read it and commented. This is the PM i received on 5/20 and my reply. Also notice he says he DID ship the wheels in this PM.:

As soon as the wheels arrive i will cancle the dispute. I didn't know they would take the $. You originally said they would ship in 2 weeks, and i would have them in my posession no later than 3. So i have to protect myself. I am a very honest person, and when the wheels do arrive I will cancle this request. I never escelated it to a claim.

The fact is paypal took the money you sent me from my account the day you filed the claim, $ 2,3XX.XX. Yes, there is a lot going on my life right now, I just changed jobs and have not been home in 2 weeks. I have the wheels ready to ship to you, but pulled them back once I learned about paypal taken the money from account. I’ve spoken with paypal and they stated once you close the claim the money with be returned. The wheels and be shipped to you this and week and trust you will close the claim at that point.

Now he has lied to me about shipping these wheels, and the following is what he told paypal on 5/29 about shipping the wheels.:

The buyer agreed to the time-line of shipment, 3 week delay. The wheels have shipped VIA FedEx home delivery.

I called FeDex on 6/5 and inquired if there was even a package headed to me. When i discovered there was not, and posted in his BBK thread he had flat out lied, he deleted it and sent the pm explaining why he hadn't sent them. I replied with this PM to him Last night:

Rob if you are reading this, i asked you now 2x to refund me and not bother shipping them. You keep telling me they have shipped or are soon. I have spoken to paypal about the matter and they have agreed to refund me 1 of 2 ways. (BTW this was sent PM as well). You can click the refund button and we can kill the claim, or i can refuse the package if you go against my wishes and send it. I am trying to save YOU $ here by not shipping them as I WILL refuse the wheels.

I would advise anyone to stay away form this seller as I have no idea how he may work with you.

If this is too hard to follow, i can screen shot the PM's and just make a long post with images.

I tried to handle this as amicably as possible, but was met with absolutely no aid.

Man, good thing I didn't buy his BBK. He started seling the BBK MONTHS ago when I was looking for a set but I ended up with oem brembos instead. I knew there were some fishy stuff going on with his prices - too low.

This is a sore spot for me because after being scammed 1200 for some wheels a while back, the SAME guy has since scammed others on here, under different usernames. IP BANS FOR SCAMMERS!!!!!

Anymore, if it's not a well-known forum member with postitive feedback, I won't even think about buying anything off of this forum. Too many noobs with no feedback and a handful of BS posts throwing up for sale ads left and right (neverbonestock?).

Sounds like he was trying to get you to cancle you claim, knowing you can only open one claim per transactoin. Hed then not ever ship and paypal would be worthless.

I always pay with a CC through paypal. Paypal screwed me once already ( i filed item not shipped, cancled and then filed a item not in described condition which got denied simply because it was a second claim, how lame is that? he shipped to a greyhound station even though i paid 100 bucks to ship it, cost him 40 bucks. i followed his ebay acct for a while and when he got screwed on a deal i sent him a nice messege saying "hows it feel?")
