** DO NOT DEAL WITH FirstZ**
Update.
Spoke with paypal (yes they are useless), but they told me i could contact the FBI's cyber crime division. I emailed Rob and wanted to atleast see if he would refund me before i filed any reports. He said in an email that he would, so cross your fingers.

I wish you the best of luck with this... It's a shame that stuff like this happens on here. You would think that a bunch of people with a common passion/interest would at least show eachother some respect and conduct themselves with even a small degree of integrity. This type of behavior only makes other decent, trustworthy buyers and sellers suffer. Anyhow, I hope everything works out and you get everything squared away...
Sorry i didn't see this get bumped. I finally had to contact a lawyer to get my refund.
If you use paypal for anything, make sure you get a buyers credit account. They insure anything bought with it. I was able o get the large chunk (all but $500) from them, and the rest was after i contacted a lawyer.

This guy is another scammer, took me for a lousy 45.00 for an eclipse navigation disc. I can't believe how low some people will go. If you're reading this igor911, I told you what I would do in this forum regarding your way of doing business. So for everyone else who's reading this thread do not deal with igor911.

No I have a lawyer I was using on a different situation that simply advised me on this one. I think when i told Rob what the lawyer told me, he knew it would be silly not to refund the rest and save he and I the hassle.

edit: after poking around, I don't think that he is a scammer. He seems like a decent guy and it looks like you are just freaking out. Give it a couple of more days.
