I hate when people complain about gas. I get 16mpg...if I try I can get 22 or 28 if I'm on the interstate a lot on one tank

It could be worse, you could have gotten an Rx8. Ever seen the mpg on those things? Keep the rpm's low and you will increase your mileage.

For a sports car with a v6 300hp powerhouse, the Z gets amazing gas mileage.

I've never had a tank that I didn't average 23mpg on and I'm at 25,000 miles. It depends more on how much stop and go driving you do or don't do.

Z has a pretty good MPG. After I gave it a try, a full tank can give me 420 miles (only) highway and about 220 miles (only) city.

mpg...i'd say the thing i hate most about my Z is with the windows down, there is still BARELY any air circulation. That and the long heavy doors. Makes it difficult to get out in tight parking spaces.

keep your tires at the recommended psi.... ditch any dead weight, keep the air filter clean and the oil changed.... drive normal... don't coast in neutral... it wastes gas rather than save it...

How does coasting in neutral waste gas? I am just curious because I was under hte impression this saved gas.
