Driving home from work a dirtbag illegal immigrant throws a wrench or something at me, missing me and hitting my passenger side door

I called 911, then chased him down in a supermarket. He gets arrested for Criminal Damage AND I GET ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT.

Hurray for cops!

EDIT: Ok all I did was shove him when he tried to leave the scene. THATS IT, nothing missing there, if I had known pushing was assault as well I would have beat the living **** out of him.

and since when do illegals have any rights? I thought you could basically murder them and not get in trouble for it.

I think even grabbing a person is assault these days guys... if he tackled him, etc... all assault.

wtf?? Something is either.. a) missing or b) this cop had some serious sympathy for this guy.

 

I was driving down the road and he ran out into the street, pulling his daughter, all the cars had to stop short, i got into the middle lane and he threw the wrech, there is no reasoning behind it, he says I almost hit his daughter when he was pretty far away from MY CAR, as he was able to get a good pitch in.
