Thanks for all the posts and suggestions. I'm glad I drove it - amazingly enough, even though there were ice storms all over the midwest, we managed to miss them all. Actually the worst part of the drive was the last block up the hill to my house - the snow hadn't melted yet, so it took a bit to get up the hill. But now my new baby is tucked away in the warm garage until the snow melts and dries up.

And for never having even test-driven a Z, man what a fun ride it was. On the perfectly dry parts of the drive - I was just having way too much fun. Why the heck didn't I get one of these YEARS ago? I see why all you freaks are so addicted to this toy! I guess I'm one of YOU now!

So - 13 hours in a new (to me) Z... priceless.
O damn, I'm late...good work...

Great that you made it dude. Just keep being careful with it. That's one rare find you have with the low mileage Z.

Yep - I'm pretty happy with the purchase. The thing still looks and smells brand new - I swear the passenger seat has never been sat in before.

Now I have to wait for some warm weather to melt all the snow. But at least it gives me time to do a little "modding".
