Some guys have bought HID's off of eBay and installed them. If your asking if you can sue. Sure you can. Maybe small claims in the way to go. Make sure you have that dealer sticker and proof that your car doesn't have HID's. Then you can sue them to have them installed ~$2000 with factory parts I think. I'd price out the parts and get a quote for install.
Edit: Same goes for all the other options you were supposed to get.

But, first you have to take it back to the dealer and see if they will make it right. They might just take the car back if you haven't had it too long. That happened to me when I approached a dealer on a used 300ZX Turbo with a bad dash. They had a 30 day warantee and said they wouldn't pay for the repair it was cheaper to refund my money. So, I took the money / or I would have had to live with it sense they offered money back.

That was a nice black 300ZXT but, with $2000 for the digital dash and blown shocks....another $2000 I decided to get my money back.

Try those options ... most likely they'll give your money back if you had a warantee. If not you might have to sue them for false advertisement.

UPDATE: sorry that i didn't update before guys. I reported it to the regional DMV. they looked into it and said there was nothing I could do as it was a used car and sold as is. I still feel I was wronged but didn't want to deal with it anymore. I'm getting 06 headlights anyway. Thanks for the replies.

 

hmmm so i guess, when item is used and whatever descripsion it has, if it is sold as is, it is as is huh!
