I have more than a hint that Kay sold a bad product that you happened to install. I would feel confident saying you are both less than stellar merchants.

The situation is this buyer is not happy he should do what any decent person would do. If I sold it to him and he wasnt happy I would give him his money back. All shops that i have been to are always very iffy about letting people in their work area. They tell me that there would be no insurance on me if anything in the shop injures me or whatever. So usually it's just an understandable precaution if you did say that. Nothing out of the ordinary or fishy unless you were hiding something.

You cant put an exhaust on without damaging it or noticing the damage that was present yet you can build and blueprint an engine.
