it's a hard to see who is telling the truth about the subject if he can go to the back of the shop to see his exhaust getting installed. All shops that i have been to are always very iffy about letting people in their work area. They tell me that there would be no insurance on me if anything in the shop injures me or whatever. So usually it's just an understandable precaution if you did say that. Nothing out of the ordinary or fishy unless you were hiding something.

The situation is this buyer is not happy he should do what any decent person would do. If I sold it to him and he wasnt happy I would give him his money back. I think he is wrong if he just made this post without callingor PMing your boyfriend but either way he deserves his money back. Give him $600 back and call it a "restocking fee".
