lol might be easier its gonna cost me 145 bucks to ship the exhaust just from the dimensions of the box with guess weight. plus what i already spent in gas, install, vasoline and sand. im almost to 1k lol.
WOW.. 18 pages here 7~8 pages in the other thread.. and this all could have been avoided in the first place by both of you guys. I say you are both equally at fault.
kayfuNk should have removed and inspected the exhaust prior to posting it for sale, and THEN posted it for sale with its condition known.
kramykram should have inspected the exhaust prior to install. Because the kramykram had the exhaust installed on his car, and drove home with the exhaust, in the eyes of VISA and MC, kramykram defacto accepted condition AS IS. (Sorry.. but I don't think your claim will go thru.)
You both are at fault in my eyes. kayfuNk for not knowing the condition, and kramykram for not looking at what your spending your money on.
If I were the kramykram I'd prolly look at accepting the kayfuNk's offer of repair, or having the admins remove these threads, and take it to PMing the kayfuNk. It sounds like kayfuNk is upset because this is all public. Perhaps thats a resolution.
I love a good scammer hunt like anyone else.. but I think this situation could have been prevented by both parties before it came to this.

I tried to work this out with him over pm's and he has yet to respond to a single one. I never said i wasn't at fault either. First of all him wanting to pay for repairs admits his guilt, come on man get real. $750 for a used exhaust should of been in some what decent condition. Not look like it just got picked up out of a scrap metal yard and bolted to my car. And as i stated above in earlier post, i have to ship the item back to him to get my refund. So he is getting his jacked up item back he can try to pawn off on someone else. And what differnce does it make whether i looked at it or not while at the shop, what if it had been sent to me like that in the mail??? Then what, it would be different? I think not.

I feel for your b/c I got screwed on my transaction but like I said just use your energy and thoughts to get the money back through paypal and VISA...screw all this forum e-thuggery...good luck
