You only look like a scammer because you keep posting in this thread. If you had come on here and said that you were sorry, you didn't know it was in such bad condition, and you would refund his money right of the bat, people would have respected you. Instead you are trying to spin this off as if it's all his fault.

Yea you're right, that's why he's made a paypal CLAIM and told his CC company to cancel the payment. So if he wins the claim paypal refunds him 700 from my account, andt hen another 700 is taken out when the CC company cancels the payment. thus DOUBLING His money. Thus another reason i refuse to refund his money, i have no gaurantee he will ship back the item and no gaurantee that he won't still go through with the canceled payment and still get another 700. either way, im in the worst position possible here, the only thing i can do is defend myself legally and factually at this point. Since he's already taken actions that he can't reverse.

no dude i have to go thru paypal first, if paypal denies the claim. then my credit card company is gonna take it from there. it is not me getting double the money.

dude i have great itrader feedback it should speak for itself. if paypal gives me my money back, i will not get it back till it is shipped back to you. i already told you i will spend the money out of my pocket to ship it back. lol so i had to take a chance and trust you, but you can't me. thats not only fair thats down right stupid. if i kept the exhaust, paypal would just give you the money back man. geez you need to do buisness more often. im not trying to screw anyone here, im even offering to spend more money out of my pocket after all i have lost to send this back to you once i get my refund. half the forums have saw this. if i screwed you back over i would be no better. im taking the hit here no matter what and you get your exhaust back what do you have to lose. im the one losing

i want a refund becuase # i should not have to half to have this fixed regardless of whether you pay for it or not, its gonna cost more than 300 bucks to have that thing polished becuase they are not scratches in there. they are gouges. #2 its a pos of exhaust, if i knew i would not have a problem getting my money out of it i would not be fighting you on this man, but im not fixing to take a 500 dollar hit becuase i would not get no more than 200 for it because its such a pos man. i called you when i left, and you said you were at work. i was not gonna get a hotel room and wait for the next day in hopes you might actually come and meet me, and take care of this, you knew what you did man what more can i say.

because now this is getting posted in other forums by people who know you. so now its getting worse man. just refund my money and you can have your exhaust back. i have no problem spending the 100+ bucks to ship back to you. but that seems to be a problem, if it can be cleaned up and fixed so well then you should not have a problem reselling. so this should not be an issue.
