Like I mentioned in one of the first few comments, he knew how shitty the exhaust was. That's why he wanted to get rid of it. I would have thrown it in the trash however and not tried to screw anyone over. Well congratulations a$$ **** your reputation here is ruined. Your car was a joke anyways. I'm not surprised you ended up in an accident. I wonder how long it wil be untill you cancel your account and change the overall appearance of your car now. Oh and don't forget changing your oh so cool vanity plate because it might attract a lot of non-friendly Z owners to beat your a$$.

The first time I ever filed a claim to paypal, the seller completely and obviously ripped me off. Paypal emailed me soon after saying that they could not do anything for some idiotic reason (I'm guessing since the seller was a powerseller) and they closed the case in the seller's favor even though they did not ask for any evidence or even my statement. Paypal completely left me cold and dry ... I would've been screwed out of my money. After this, I gave one call to the CC and had everything squared away with. Several hours after the charge back, paypal emails me saying they resolved the issue and will grant me my money back. It was rather pathetic how paypal immediately tried to act as if they were helping me all along. Paypal can be a complete pain in the **** ... this is why I always use CC when paying

Seriously man, stop the thugging, pay the guy back and apologize for being a douche bag. You insulted 90% of the 350z community, scammed a member, and acted like you're all tough. Tell you what, if you could say this IN PERSON - AT AN ATL MEET, then I'll tell you you're tough. Shoot I sure hope someone got a camera because I'd love to see you calling everyone out IN PERSON that they're idiots.

Alright tough guy?!

I'm at every atlanta meet, and ill be happy to take any confrontation head on. I know i did nothing wrong, Hell i'll even bring a video camera for your enjoyment. Next meet's FEB 19th, and i plan 100% on being there.

No, anyone that knows the WHOLE story knows i did nothing wrong. I've showed this to multiple people and even posted it on another forum and everyone says he's at fault, they als agree the flange could be tack welded and the canister polished. There is nothing functionally wrong other than the flange with the exhaust, It's used, it's scratched DUR. Not to mention there's absolutely no holes in the mid pipe or the canister itself making it fully functional. And as far as him thinking people that know me have posted in here and called me a scammer this that, that's another lie he's making up. Not ONE PERSON i know has posted in here, mainly because they dont want to get flamed along with me, even if they do agree with me. You guys will just flame him for being right. Bandwagon, that's all this thread is. If i found myself in marks position i'd take the $ to fix it and be done with it. Since he doesn't like "the sound of the exhaust" which he specified in 10 different text messages/private messages/posts he's trying to push it back on me. Instead of talking to me about working a buy back plan or a way to fix it, he immedietly came on here bitching to get everyones sympathy in hopes i would buckle and just be like, **** it, here's your money. I could understand if i had shipped it to him full well knowing something was wrong and never bothered to tell him, but again, this is not the case. Or if i personally had taken it off and knew something was wrong, but again not the case. Both mechanics in the shop confirmed there was no flange broken on install and that the canister is in USED condition. The "chicken wire" as he calls it, also known as mechanics wire, was used as a safety precaution, being he was missing a mounting bracket. I've wasted enough time with this, im seriously done, and it will work itself out, LEGALLY, since he wasn't man enough to come to me first with the problem.

LoL i didn't like the sound due to the exhaust being all beat to hell and back, having a leak and missing 2 exhaust hangers. You have been reported to http://www.ic3.gov now its up to the feds. Im sure if this exhaust was in perfect shape it would of sounded great. But its beat up do to your wreck and you know it.

of course everyone agrees the flange could be welded on. hell, im sure mark agrees that i can be as well. he isnt pissed that you sold him an exhaust with a flange that couldnt be fixed. he is pissed you sold him one that needs fixing without first telling him.

eh, he still never replied to my posts. I would have loved to hear his view against mine...everyone else got a response!

The more and more this goes on it sounds more like he probably would never have refunded your money regardless of this happening or not and would have instead just payed for the repairs only.

btw Kramy, how was that buffet you had?

this is the buyers fault, you RUSHED the seller, and then you come on here and blame him for it?

FL is right below GA.....mmmmm k whatever that means......

right, so you read the whole thing and came to the conclusion it's the buyer's fault simply because he rushed him? That says more than enough...

and since I am not a grammar king myself or spelling bee champ I don't correct people unless they like to insult intelligence, so here's one...you call me dumb yet don't know how to correctly use the word YOU'RE and YOUR....and THEN you follow up calling me dumb with a period followed by a comma. There, a nice lil tip of the day for ya...dumb dumb, but I do thank you for the geography lesson.
