One of the roles in my job is Vendor and Contract Management. For those of you that have requested information and have not yet purchased anything...this is the time where you will get the best service, before the sale. If you've requested info and you've not received a timely response or any response for that matter; IT WILL NOT GET BETTER AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

For the French guy that installed the defective parts...wtf were you thinking? If you noticed that the parts did not fit well then you should have sent them back immediately...not installed them. Dayum, that looks so ghetto.

For the rest of us...we need to ask ourselves why are vendors like this allowed to market/sell anything on this forum? Shouldn't we be looking after our membership by ensuring that the approved vendors are doing business in an appropriate manner?

OK French Girl...my bad. But did you not inspect the parts before installing them? Besides, you're the one that's been waiting for a year...so who's smart now?

Easy pangoman - ha! ......she's rightly pissed off enough with the fit without her "smartness" being questioned. Maybe with this thing going on a year for her, installing the crappy parts and showing them to evo-r may be the only way she could "prove" the nastiness to them.......

Troo...with that said...

My sincere apologies French Girl. Stay on top of the issue and DON'T let this guy get away with shipping you defective parts.

My first purchase here was from EVO-R.
I sent him a pm about buying the carbon fiber kit and he got a payment link from his website to me however there's a GB on forum He didnt tell me !! I paid regular price for this **** quality product. One piece is damaged and the piece of right door doesnt fit at all. I didnt ask him for replancement cuz i didnt want to wait another two month.
No tracking number! I thought wtf no tracking number if you ship from us to can? I reliazed the reason when i got the package. Its from TAIWAN 中華郵局
I've done other two deals on forum after that. EVO-R is the worst.

Had the same problem with a front lip I bought from this vendor.

I had to settle for a partial refund since the lip cracked when I tried to put in on.

Last time I buy a product sign unseen..

wow this is the first time I saw these photos. Pooky74 when did you ever email me or PM me. I don't think you bought this kit from me! Did you bought it from another guy in France? One the furst photo it is obvious you can see someone try to trim it. You can see the white fiber sticking out. All our kit edge are already coated if ever any trim done we always coat it again. As for the shifter part I any carbon parts have curve the wave will be like that. If anyone can show me on any carbon parts the have curved area carbon cloth is still straight, I'll be gald to replace new one for you. On the door barrel and NAV door cover I can change for you no problem. If you ever contact me I alway do take care of it. Sometime just take a little longer. Cuz I don't always have everything in stock. PM me your address I'll sent you the NAV door and door barrels.
