wow, NOOB question...
You obviously didn't read the manual. On page 113 'Advanced Owners Only' it lists the sequence to unlock the ECU for 'happy fun-time do-rif-to walnuts explosion!' Note: You may need a JDM manual for the code. After legal action was taken against them in 2006, Nissan North America took out the code and substituted it with pictures of Nism0 bunny rabbits.
Anyway, the sequence is as follows:
Note: Fuel pump fuse MUST be removed for this to work!
Turn key to position II, then I, then II again. Then, while holding the key in the ignition position (you should hear a cranking noise), input the following sequence: left turn signal, right turn signal, brake pedal, brake pedal, stereo power on, select track 6 "Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up", passenger window down 3/4, brake, brake, gas, hood release, volume down 2 clicks, Square, Circle, left, left, right, up, up, up, down, Triangle, gas, brake, DIP.
You must enter it within 33 cranks or the code will not work. If you hear 'Koni Adjustables' from the speakers, you did it correctly! If your battery died, try again, you did it wrong.
Hope this helps, but PLZ search next time!
