Like everybody here, I've gotten many comments on the beauty of my Z...but the best by far was when a guy in a bright yellow Corvette Z06 pulled alongside me to shoot the bull. From the sound of his voice, I got the impression he was more enamored with it than I was...this in spite of the fact that ride he was rolling in would smoke me 9 times outta 10!

Yeah, I got that one in Saratoga. The cop was all, "Man, if I had that car I'd be going even faster than what I pulled you over for." Got a ticket, but it didn't stop me from meeting up with the guys at Highway 9.

 

So I'm parked at Barnes & Noble, and I see this white EVO VIII. I like the car, since I've driven one before, so I took some pictures. Unfortunately the dude had shaved off his badgings, but I got some pics anyway. So some random guy approaches me to talk about my camera (Canon Powershot G2), and as we wrap up, I see the EVO's lights flashing. I look around, and the owner was approaching with his girlfriend. He must've thought I was some nosy punk. So I figured it's time to go. I unlock my Z, and as I'm getting in, his girlfriend is staring at my Z, and smiling a little. I got me a self-satisfied smile directed at nobody in particular, and I pulled out of my spot with probably everyone in the parking lot just staring.
