Am I crazy or is this computer case using the Z logo?
one site that sells custom computers...all there cases look like this except in different colors. Sure looks like the Z logo to me...in a magazine you can see it a little better and you can actually see the 3 squares going down the middle.
Wouldn't this be like copyright infringement or something..lol

Yea that looks like the Z logo but if you look clsoe it has 4 dots instead of 3 so it's not an infringement. Some of the first keyrings and other trinkets that first came out were done that way until Nissan came out with ligit stuff.

Its also not on a competitive product (like another car), so I don't know if the trademark issue would come into play...
Even if it is not exactly the same, whoever had it first (probably nissan) could go after it, like Jeep did to Hummer for the similar looking grill.

lol...i emailed customer service telling them that their Z badge on their towers look suspiciously like the Nissan 350Z logo. Wonder if they'll reply.
