If your car reads the same mileage, it would mean nobody test drove it to check the new engine, or clutch install. I work as a technician, I test drive to verify my repairs.

I have a quick question, my Z had a engine transplant from the dealership about 14K miles ago. When they change out the engine do they put the same engine model in it (03) or would they put a newer model engine lets say a 07 when the engine was swapped out??? Thanks

You'd get the same engine model. The model for years 03-05 is the DE. You would not have gotten anything else.
