I got an email back from BBB that they are going to reach out to Nic and Cincity to get my issue resolved.
Is Behemel and I the only ones recently who are having issues with Cincity? I could've sworn there were more people.

Someone needs to post a video up on YouTube titled "Never buy from CinCity Designs" and then have slides and forum links in the description. This should help better to keep ppl from doing business with them.

I had bought a set of 08's from CC back in the day. My driver head light the top corner leds, were not placed properly into there groove and held the lens just high enough to allow water to seep in. I took video and had a good chat with nic over his website through the e-mail feature. I realized how damn easy it was to do what CC was doing and just took it apart myself and repaired the assembly. Only thing i required was a new ballast to which he had sent me asap. So i can't really say bad things about his service toward me, but when everything was explained and he saw the vid the response was " i cant watch what all my workers do" gave me a laugh. Cause he should INSPECT all the work that goes out. Well after that i decided to start making for friends and whoever my own custom light work....and it has been good ever since. https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-an...light-mod.html

I spoke to Nic last week and he was supposed to have my stuff shipped out last Monday and he has yet to pick up the phone for more than a week now. I'm glad you told me this information since I started looking up flights to North Dakota. If you can confirm he is San Antonio, I'm definitely making that trip out there to recover my headlights and $3200 dollars.
