I still dont get what you mean. Because I'm waiting for results so that I can get back my 2500 that I was scammed out of, means that I really wasnt scammed out of my money? explain please.

Paypal will give the money back... they have like a 14 day no response clause..... I think its capped though...

I had to do it with a ACT Clutch/Fly wheel set up from "Gruppe-S" .... I was stuck ridding the bus for 3 weeks for a ******* burnned out clutch.......

I'll tell everyone one thing for sure, being one of the guys that got scammed, every time I read this thread on the update i get so pissed off. I spoke to this dude on the phone, then got his so called "real" number and of course he gave me his scam story, same sounding dude, voices matched exactly, language and sentence structure were all the same. Knew all the big shops, said he'd have to talk to Sharif and check what he's selling knockamps for, and then he would work a deal with me off that. If it's not him, then it is surely someone else on here who knows everyone and all the big shops and the guys at the shops.

As someone said in a previous post, it only takes one bad transaction for someone to get "tainted" and for everything to go down hill from there, no matter how good their past. Anyone who has a small business knows this, it has happened with our customers at my business, and you simply have to cut them off, there is no good faith when it comes to money.

Godlike, i'm in the same boat as for the 22nd also, lets just see what happens from here.

He has pissed off too many people on here and scammed way too many out of thousands, he will get what is coming to him.....

 

I dont get it beautiful nerd, you keep on defending him when the evidence is almost OVERWHELMING...

People have talked to him on his personal phone, yet he hasn't given a reason why "the scammer" had his phone.

He keeps insisting that he is refunding their money out of his acct, yet the buyers have not seen a single cent. He keeps insisting that his bank is going to put him in the negative while they investigate what happens... This does not happen. Banks freeze accts if they are suspected for fraud, then they do their investigation while it is frozen so that no transaction is done, and they'll never put an acct into the negative because then they end up losing money.

His story keeps jumbling while more scammed buyers keep popping up...

What even puzzles me more is that he "supposedly" knows who the criminal is... if you already know who it is, then why hasnt he said that he reported that family member... in LA county, for the amount he's "supposedly" stolen, that's an easy felony, which means he should be in jail, if he already knows who it is... if anything, he's harboring the criminal...

Another funny thing is that he's proclaiming that he's still loves his cousin and that he wouldn't sell him out like that, yet apparently his cousin does not share the mutual feelings towards him... WTF... is this a no brainer? Cuff the idiot.

I'm with Dave on this, I hate scammers... I too have been scammed here and off the site... honest buyers can't make simple transactions without having to worry about idiots like the scammer jumping in and jumping out getting some quick money, then crying wolf.

God I hate scammers...

has anyone thought of taking this person to small claims court? I see threats of "criminal courts" being thrown around but it seem more of a "civil court case" than a crime. talk to a lawyer and see if there is anything can be done againt the person. If he doesnt have the money to give to you now and you win the civil case, you can garnish his future wages and get you money eventually, unless he leaves the country..

this reminds me of the "Madoff Scandel" with a 350z twist.

 

Seems to me it is both civil and criminal. It will probably take a civil case to get people's money back, and small claims is a great place to get a judgment, not so great to actually collect said judgment; if he is truly still in the military, then the odds go up as you know where to go to file garnishment actions. But this guy needs to go to jail - this is not a one-shot ripoff. Plus, according to the OP, he has made what amount to death threats against someone who was in contact with him, and not just idle postings in a public forum. Sucks, because these things rarely turn out real well for the victims.
