What seems to be even bigger BS is that none of the Law enforcement agencies seem to want to step up and assume jurisdiction here
.
Maybe this needs to be brought to attention of the local news paper and tv station in his area. What an embarrassment if they showed up at his house/dorm and drilled him about his scams.

A PM from him to someone on from the Lotus forum:
Everything is ok I guess. Besides losing face on an internet forum (like it matters), I am getting my money back. As far as the other people getting theirs back, that's something they are going to have to do themselves through their fraud protection through their bank. I can do that stuff for them. So, if they want to be lazy and not report the fraud to their bank then that's on them I suppose. But on my end all is good I guess, minus my inability to pay my bills still haha.
But the harassments have stopped, the threats have stopped, and I honestly am over the whole situation right about now.

He scammed people, fraud people, and at the same time pretending like he is innocent, without getting any punishment what so ever until this point... on top of that, there is still people supporting/trusting this sorry ***....
This is plainly rediculous......
How can HE be getting his money back - it was never HIS money to start with? Not that I believe a word he says or posts anyway - he IS the scammer and he never had any intention of getting anyone their money back. Think he might need some more "harassment"? Like, outside of this forum?
