I can't believe this guy. He has his banks tricked into thinking that he was scammed? I mean, WTF? Somebody who lost money needs to do something or this ***** is going scott free.

But yea, I don't want to think he's gonna get away with it, it makes online transactions and security seem like they can be overridden so easily even by a ****face like him.
I hope he gets the justice he deserves

Unfortunately illegal, and then you would be in jail and that a$$hat would be laughing. The law will catch up with him eventually, but it seems like that is not enough to get peoples money back any time soon.

Ummmm.......eagerly awaiting a response/defense from Beautiful Nerd.........but all I can hear are crickets.

I have been searching the private classies for rims for a few months now, and this thread has certainly educated me on what and what not to do. I guess it only takes a few to ruin it for the many, many honest people out there. It's heartbreaking to read of the guys that sent money in good faith, and expected the product that they paid for........nothing more and certainly nothing less. I wish there was something I could personally do to help out.

I seriously doubt anything that this douchebag says. I'd be willing to bet he never filed a report with his local authorities or his bank.

It just doesn't seem fair that no law enforcement agency will step up to the plate. Can any of the vics confirm that they have talked to the Muncie Police to see if there is actually a police report? As a victim, seems they ought to tell you. Wonder what this perp would do if ZROC organized a cruise to Muncie? I would love to see the look on his face when about 25 Z's pulled up in front of his frat house? Of course, he would probably be hiding under his bed. Too bad it is the middle of winter around here.

I'll be posting as soon as i hear from paypal, as of this point still no word... Paypal surely isnt worth using and paying for 3% for if they cant protect their customers. The media would love a story of something like this with a major company, big business V.S consumer.... almost always in favor of the consumer if you look at past cases in the U.S court system.... We'll see late tonight when his clock runs out for my complaint.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed and i'll be hoping for the best, otherwise i go and stop payment with the bank and cc company, then paypal is s*** out of luck. We shall see, i'm trying to be optimistic about the whole thing, and if there is one thing to come out of this for everyone is that I hope that whats happened to the few of us can help protect the hundreds and hundreds of buyers on here from having this happen to them.
