BE WARNED!!! TheBlackPearlZ is a fraud and scammer!!!
Hey Guys... This guy tried to scam me...
I had a thread on Wanted for Diamond Black CE28s. Same type of situation as the Poster.
He never replied to my thread, but did PM me saying that "his friend" had a set. He stated his friend was from Indiana, but was stationed in NC. He gave me a cell number (Probably his own) to call. I talked to someone (probably him) about the set of wheels.
The friend seemed to be pretty cool. As a buyer I asked for him to send pics. He delayed of course... Saying his old pics were at home in Indiana and not in NC with him. Through out this time he kept pushing on sending the payment. The deal I wanted to do was for him to take off the rear tires (since I did not need them) and sell the set of wheels with the front tires. I never confirmed for them to take off any tires since I wanted the pics first. So all of a sudden I get a text saying that he had his friend (Blackpearlz) took off the rear tires. I asked him why he did that, since I never got any pics. The guy finally sent the pics, but as a cautious buyer, i noticed that the cars plates was from CA.
I questioned him immediately and said that I will pass. At that time I knew he was trying to scam me. The friend started to try to throw a guilt trip on me by saying that his friend (blackpearlz) took the time to take off the two tires and I am not going to buy. He gave me a lame excuse that he was stationed out in CA for a bit, yadda... yadda... I told him to prove they were his and take more pics of them. He declined to do that, so I passed on the wheels... So glad I did...
I guess i am one of the lucky ones...
Good luck bro

I would have... I was gone for the holidays and just got back. Also, my computer just recently crashed... Sucks.. But yea. I was planning to, just never had the chance... Sorry to hear what happened bro. Hope things turn out for the better.
You have a point there now, but the fact that someone suspected someone else of being a fraud doesn't mean he has the right to call him out publicly, because there's always a chance that Spankey could have been wrong.
It might seem obvious and the right thing to do now, but I wouldn't appreciate someone destroy my credibility just because he had a hunch.

Someone did an analysis on the way he typed back in page (I don't know) but it's there.
My experience with Paypal.
I just recently sold wheels to someone in TX (right before BlackPearlZ PMed me). Paypal did not let me transfer the large amount ($2300) into my bank account (put a hold on my paypal account) until they confirmed that the wheels were delivered to the buyer ( by UPS tracking number). So Paypal did do some buyer protection on my transaction.
Does this not happen to every large transaction?

Maybe you should call and ask to talk to the supervisor...then ask to talk to that persons supervisor. Take names and get up as high as you can and then politely tell them what is going on.
I generally make those calls by telling whoever answers the phone that they probably don't get paid enough to hear what I am about to say - they transfer you pretty quickly after that - then keep it as civil as possible as you move up the chain.
I like that....."I don't think you get paid enough to hear what I have to say"...thats pretty good. Just keep your cool though as we said and you will probably get further. Make sure you take names as I said as well becasue it is not uncommon for them to hang up on you.
This is rediculous, im freaking upset, heres the email paypal sent me
