This is a whole bunch of b.s. Tomorrow morning i'll be calling my local police department, the one on the school campus and the one the MP from Fort Bragg. Fraud is protected under his bank if someone gains access, thats why they call it fraud protection, second of all he pmed my buddy who was helping me with getting a turbo setup. Though this deal was ridiculously sweet at 4200 for twins and standalone. Just got caught in a scam like the other guys with wheels. If anyone used their credit cards instead of their bank account i would stop payment, thats what im going to be doing.

 

i say OP and everyone else who think theyve been scammed make the call to that army place and/or local police authorities. is this guy is innocent like he says he is he should be ok....no harm no foul.....i would make that phone call right away just to keep my end safe....

 

Oh yea, I'm a scammer, since I've never even tried to sell or buy ANYTHING on the forums, haha. I just have known Alex for over a year now, from when I worked at Forged, and he was always a very stand up guy. I don't see him doing something like this. I honestly don't. Am I saying it's not possible? No, I'm not. But I'm not gonna jump on the hate wagon like everyone else.

If I wanted to scam, I would have done it while working at Forged

OP sale was before xmas like he posted 1st page. soooo once again, i ask- the thief aka cousin let the money he was going to steal from you sit in your paypal for 3weeks and THEN wiped you out?? interesting story. i think everyone on here checks their email atleast once every 3weeks and would have seen 25 new emails from paypal and i doubt you wouldnt check an email that correlates with your lotus forum s/n. that seems to me like it would be your main email

I know of a guy who scammed well over $100,000 by fraudulently selling **** on E-bay. He is smart and was able to stay one step ahead of things for awhile - much in the same way as how things have been described here. He ultimately got dinged with two felony convictions, did about 8 months in the clink, is on supervised probation and still continues to pay monthly restitution. If TheBlackPearlZ's story turns out to be BS, which seems likely at this point, then it's only going to get worse for him. For the victims, don't trust his claim that the Police are already involved, make sure your own reports are made to the appropriate authorities, and ASAP.

 

Did you even go look at the comment? It was Marty from Injected Performance, saying he is my stalker, and that he loves me, after we both decided to give each other a point. I didn't sell him anything. He didn't sell me anything. He sent me a TOY CAR in a delivery at Forged. Yes. I'm friends with alot of vendors. You caught me red handed.
