People seem to blow the white line bushings in a short time, wondering if I just get metal bushings

Washed the Z today and decided to take a couple of pics. Didn't have any good pics since I changed wheels.

Any horror stories from installing the whiteline bushings? I blew out my subframe bushing a few months ago and keep putting off throwing in my new whitelines. I'll definately follow Jason's write up in the tech section.

It was all pretty straightforward.

Just the old bushing rear diff bushing removal was a pita to remove. I ended up cutting it out and using an air hammer and reciprocating saw. Putting in the bushings was easy. I froze the big one and it went in with a few taps.

I felt an immediate difference in the bends with the whiteline subframe bushings.

With some good tires, the handling gratification is 100

Good to hear. I hope to get the new bushings in this month. Funny you should mention a good set of rubber. Just this morning I ordered the tires for my new wheels that have been sitting in my dining room since April.

Got my Kinetix adjustable upper arms from Z1 Motorsports in the mail and spent the afternoon installing them. Now I just have to take it to an alignment shop. Maybe I'll get more than 6 rack days out of the new RS-3s.

I put in my back window, going to go ahead and put that on the list of things never to do again. Deff not worth doing myself. Didn't come out bad but could be better, and lots of mess to clean up.

Hopefully it doesn't leak, or fly off. Seems stronger then the rest of the hatch so pretty sure it's notI going anywhere.

Ok an hour later I guess it wasnt that bad.. My dumb *** would probably do it again.

Cut out my grill from the 06 bumper just a bit ago. Looks so much better. I will have to have the bottom lip area sanded down and re-painted though.

Did a test drive with the dealer tech to verify that it needs a rear wheel bearing, and booked it in for Wednesday to get it replaced and for a CEL and airbag light diagnostic.
