When I was researching lifts, the shortest lift which fits a 9' ceiling is the Bendpak GP-7LCS. I'm not sure about your ceiling height, but maybe that one will fit. Just make sure you don't have any pesky expansion joints in the area where it would mount.
I went with a Mohawk A-7 (details here: https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/.../#post-8786481 ) as the columns are not too tall (they'll work in a 9' ceiling) and the hydraulics can be routed overhead through the attic.
That's a good point on the expansions joints, otherwise you'll need to cut out and re-pour pads for the posts. I got very fortunate in that there was just enough room between my expansion joints for the narrower install footprint of the A-7.
Took out my Sparco Monza seat that has seen better days. Fortunately, my stock seat looks newer after being bagged up since 2008. The stock seat is noticeably lighter compared to the Sparco with sliders and mount.
Always disliked the thin stock steering wheel, especially when I get into one of my other cars. Got a nice new chunky one.

Trend never really caught on. Took 'em off after burning the back of my leg.
Yeah, yeah, having four exhaust systems (one on car, two "sidepipe setups", plus OE) at the same time was excessive.
