Everytime i take it out of gear it makes a grinding noise is this normal? Also it has a new brembo brake kit on it but there very squeeky i tried just using some brake cleaner anyway to get rid of this? also what do you want your oil pressure and volts gauge to be at cruising? if i think of anything else ill let you guys now thanks for any help its a bit different from the cert

The clutch is noisy, but it's a mechanical noise, not a grinding sound. So that doesn't sound normal.

With the brakes, if they are new and the pads are ceramic than they'll have a break in period. I personally would rather change out my brakes more often with the standard grade pads than deal with ceramic, I haven't been too impressed with the higher grade ceramic pads.

When I was looking at cars, I drove two used 2008 350Zs with manual transmission. One had a very noticeable grinding sound coming from under the car when it was idling in neutral with the clutch pedal up. The owner said it had always been like that.

The car drove fine, but the noise scared me away from considering buying the car. I can't imagine how the sound could have been normal. I didn't want to buy trouble, even if the car was still under warranty.

clutch "chatter" is very normal on 350Zs.

And what the OP is probably hearing is chatter and is mistaking it for grinding.

Possible Light weight flywheel? If its been modded then its possible and that greatly increases chatter.

The last time I had to deal with clutch chatter was on a '54 Ford with worn-out engine mounts.

As for the oil pressure the OP was asking about, I got this info from the dealer (who said he got it from the service manual).

Minimum oil pressure (warm engine): idle....14psi, 2000rpm....43psi, 6000rpm...57psi

Miy '08 has less than a thousand miles, and the pressure is 30psi at idle and just over 60psi at 2000rpm.
