$10 is not a bad fees at all.. you know the vendor could have been an *** and included that fees in the selling price and offer you free shipping but instead they didn't. Stop being cheap man

duro78 needs to grow up. I have spent thousands on my cars at Stillen over the years. They sell quality parts that are MADE IN THE USA. I scratched the tip of my one-week old exhaust, so I went back to Stillen to see if they could fix the damage. Steve Millen himself went out to the parking lot with me, and got down on his hands and knees to see the area I scratched. He had his guys fix it, no charge. There aren't too many companies like that around anymore, and they are well worth an extra $10.

I find it amusing the OP quotes "tuff economic times", yet is talking about ordering a non-essential part for his car... The irony.

I've bought a set of Gen3 intakes from Stillen and their customer service is top notch. Shipping speed was remarkable and the product was great!

You're buying parts for a $30,000 car. $10.00 becomes such a minute quantity, something you shouldn't even think twice about paying to ensure the safe arrival of your parts.

I'm sorry you didn't see this on the checkout screen, and happy we were able to catch this before your order shipped.
Josh... IMHO, $9.95 flat rate for delivery is a great deal. BUT, I can also see the OP point that it is not exactly "free shipping." You and I may have grown up with TV adds that pitch second order for free but charge a handling fee, so we may have grown accustomed to the use of "handling fees." Listening to customers is good and transparency is good. Why not be different and advertise this deal as "flat rate shipping on all orders big or small for only $9.95, what a deal." Your customers may be surprised by this transparency, winning you even more good will at no extra cost to you.

Jeff
