Love This Car
Just turned 44 on 20 Oct and bought my first true sports car on the 25th. I've owned nothing but Hondas and one Toyota up to this point. Don't get me wrong, I love Hondas!
My choices were between the BMW Z4, Audi TT, Honda S2000 (of course) and the Z. Wifey told me I should get a new car because mine is getting pretty beaten up. "That's the Honda reliability"
I'll be taking custody of my '04 SilverStone Touring hopefully next week. I can't wait to start the break-in and especially getting over the period! If I'm not too busy driving my new baby I'll definitely post what I think of her.
Till then I'm just waiting by the phone for the call!
Aloha All

I am 19, bought My Z in the much much later part of being 18. My first car for over a year and a half was a 1989 Honda Accord 4spd Auto! Whew! What a change! I have been a major car enthusiats since the age of 13, and for the last three years, I have been looking at which car to buy EVERY day without fail. Not a single day I did not obsess over what car to get. Now oviously I have settled on the Z, and now that I got my TE37's installed, the car is just beautiful (not like it wasnt before).
Had the car since 9/24/03, is is now 10/31/03. 2,723 miles as of now.
I LOVE my Z!!

The Z is amazing!!! I'm only 22, but I've driven some nice cars in my time. My dad works at BMW and has brought home:
M3's
M5's
540's
M roadsters
M coupes
HP X5's
In addition I have driven a Boxster S owned by one of the MD's I work with, Mustang Cobra, S2000, and others. By far the Z is the most fun to drive, IMO. I just feel a solid connection with car unlike anything I've ever experienced. I don't even feel like I HAVE to go fast in this car to enjoy it.
I hope to keep my Z for a long time, although that's what I said about the Spec V I had before this
. I have some miniscule gripes about this car, but basically it has everything I could possibly want in a vehicle: coupe, strong engine/tranny, rear wheel drive. I didn't like the Spec V because of it being FWD and having a terrible tranny/shifter feel.
The Z is a wonderful machine, and work of art! Even I was driving down the road the other day and almost confused a passing Z as being a Porsche!
