In my opinion they are just ghetto. They look like something you would see on something a lot less nice. If you are getting them through work, look for something by Enkei. They make some (not all) decent wheels for a fair price.

Too much is an amount you can't afford. That depends entirely on your income.
well thats not the problem, I just thought when we were signing paper work $355/m was a good deal on a 07 with a full 10yr 100,000mile warranty added on. I am seeing like 03s paying around the same as me when I am enjoying a HR

IDK I just feel like the payments are cool.
How many years is your loan for though. I bet 5 years minimum maybe 6. Those 03's are probably 3 or 4.
