Gosh! My BOSE does the same. I thought I was going crazy!! The volume changes by itself w/o my adjusting the dial. I'll call that 1 800 NISSAN 1 number and file a report and make a appt with the service dept.

XXX360X here.

Volume changes for no particular reason and the bass overwhelms all other frequency ranges no matter how I adjust bass and trebble. The news is the only thing the damn thing is good for.
