I think that Bell kit is wayyy over priced for it's functionality. It's just some remote momentary switches and a couple stamped brackets. Might be fun with gears and a transgo shift kit, but with a stock trans it's a waste of money IMHO..

first mod should be a 6 spd manual transmission/conversion...lol jkjk

I'd go with the I/H/E all from NISMO..pricey but sounds and looks the best IMO!

I remember when I started out here on this site, I asked some questions and said I wanted to put gears in it, everyone bashed on me and said that the Z is nothing like my mustang 5.0, I went against them, I have a popcharger, motordyne plenum spacer, tb coolant bypass, HR y pipe and replaced my stock resonator with a magnaflow and put a cutout before my stock muffler.
I installed a MT diff with the stock 3.5's

I have an 04 De automatic
I have not tuned my car but Ive ran consistent 13.6-13.9 @ around 103mph

street tires 2.05 60fts "the car doesnt pull till after 3700rpms hopefully the tune will help with the full throttle problem from the drive by wire

next Im going to install some HFC's a upgraded Valve body and get a tune hopefully I can get to the low 13's, I wouldve like 3.7 gears but the 3.5's with the MT pumpkin was the easiest/cheapest choice

my mods so far are at around $900 including the cutout and muffler install, most people on here pay more than that for just exhaust, my car sounds nice, runs well and was cheap u cant ask for more

Did you happen to run your car before the mods so you could see the gains? I am guessing the little extra gearing helped shave a tenth or two of your time.

You have a cut out for bypassing the muffler when you drag race? That could be why the car doesn't "pull" before 3,700 RPMs... no backpressure...

What do these Valve Upgrades include that you want to do? Your budget is going to explode for minimal gains...

the cutout does bypass the muffler, im gonna cap it and see if it gives me more torque, runs well though, i hit a 14.2 @ 100mph bone stock 2.15 60ft "no spare tire or jack" and I have an auto so I wanna get a stillen or transgo valve body upgrade for the tranny

I know, about the money thing, no more cheap mods, I just want to do HFC's, grounding wires, the VB upgrade and a tune, thats around $2000 and ill only run low 13's "hopefully" but oh well thats the bad thing about N/a 350z's

$2000?
You want to run 12s stock instead? Change your rear diff to the frontier's diff. 400 dollar part.
