FYI, my last order with IP was in May of 2010 in preparation for my FI build. So please tell me how I have been hating on them for YEARS. I have ordered from them before that too. I also have ordered from Injected and Forged.
it is a huge issue tho for sure. If i look at this from a business stand point, its very easy to see what i do. I charge back, gather my parts, and go elsewhere. But thats not what I was intending on doing.
Ive spent half a year buying parts to support an FI build, have an engine at the machinists built for fi etc.
This really gets down to man to man here. And right now im in friggin kansas city at some lame @ss event.. time to get home and hammer this out in person. .everyones aware ill be there thurs to meet in person and make some conference calls. At least i think they are, i assume they check the texts i send as i do get replies occasionaly.

Best of luck on what you decided to do anyways...
I'm happy that some of you Arizona folks have had some good experiences with the vendor, but I have not heard any of you say you had anything good happen lately. It seems pretty obvious that the vendor has fallen on some difficult times, and has taken the wrong path to solving that. And as long as the BS keeps coming, there will be no solving it.
mmccann claims to have been to their shop - did he fail to actually look at the engine they are building from him? I would have been drooling all over it, yet he never even asked to see it? All of your defender stories make about as much sense as Hans. Which is to say zero.
The facts.
I havent seen my engine.
I havent seen my car since June as its at thier body shop, also needing payment completion for my wing install. I saw my wheels on the car once for one day,
have never seen the wing.
They are aware of my visit for Thursday and that i need an updated invoice etc.
I will tell you this, i will know EVERYTHING about the merchant thursday.
Thats it so far. Cant think about this anymore today. gna unsub for a bit so the emails stop.. just wana get some sleep.

You know because of that???? I'll believe he sent that to Dave when Dave posts up that he received it. The entire CC Merchant thing smells to high heavens. It simply does not work that way. Besides, the vendor should send it to the folks who are out their money, not to the mod of a forum. Another thriving example of horrible customer service - that will never end it appears. And who are all these other businesses who have shafted by the cc processing company? A Google search doesn't turn up one of them, except one thread from 5 years ago.

As for the rest of your opinions and assumptions... that is all they are and should be taken with a grain of salt as much as those of you who are dismissive to posts made by local customers that don't conform to the peanut gallery of troll/witch hunt comments. I will wait for the truth and further details to come out about the cc merchant company. In the meantime, I will take your posts as seriously as you do mine.

Hans post makes sense and you are basing your arguments on ideas and other anecdotal evidence. Your knowledge of merchant services is accurate such as clearing things out in 2-3 days but thats not the whole story,,, but you are missing facts which would put 1&2 together.
Either way you seem to have your mind made up already/anyways and know more even than those that know more about facts.

What I "know" is what the vendor has posted, and it simply does not make sense - mainly that according to them, while they knew this was occurring they kept taking orders and submitting cc transactions to their merchant services company - which had been screwing them for how long? All in the "hope" that things would be cleared up so that they could ship parts that folks had paid for. I would like your take on that???????
interesting intenses site appears to still be taking orders. nothing is mentioned on the site. also if a merchant has a problem with a business they will still continue to allow the company to make more cc transactions?
also wanted to ask their customers that got screwed if they got contacted my intense at all regarding their current situation? or does intense think posting in ONE thread on some forum is good enough customer service?
