manual cost less. With the exhaust/test pipes, depends on your budget, do you want single, OEM style or true dual? a lot of people tint there tail lights, if you want a cool sound get a aftermarket intake, but I just throw K&N filters in and I was solid! Why didnt you just buy a black Z from the get go? a good paint job will be 7-10K

1. yes get test pipes for hp and lower grunt. It is probably more cost efficient than getting a full exhaust system. If emissions is a problem in your state you may need to get high flow cats. Your check engine will probably also come on if your running test pipes(I do not think with high flow cats though).

2. alot of people like to tint there tail lights its personal preference IMO it makes the car look cheap dont do it.

3. Nothing wrong with putting an intake on, doesnt cost to much but wont hardly add hp just a little grunt.

4. Good paint job would probably cost 2000-5000. I wouldnt do it though it will lower the value of your car. What color is it? how is the condition of the paint?

It took me 30 minutes to learn to drive a stick, and I was just a stupid 15 year old back then. That was 25 years ago. Seriously, there's no reason to chain yourself to an automatic or a sequential flappy paddle poser-manual.

Call a rent-a-wreck, get a buddy or relative who can drive a stick, take it to a parking lot on a Saturday and learn. Unless you're missing your right arm or left leg, there's no excuse not to know how to do it.

If you ever become a contestant on The Amazing Race, you'll be glad that you can drive a stick when they send you to some hellhole in Eastern Europe and tell you to drive a Dacia Sandero through a cow field.

personally I wanted a manual because I've never had one and I said to myself 'If I'm getting a sports car it's going to be a manual' just didn't think it would be as cool to get an auto, plus everyone should know how to drive a manual too. If you race (at the track only) use your paddle shifter and don't shift til you get to the redline, I assume you know this already though.
Personally I like the nismo exhaust the best, and Borla is my 2nd favorite. Go to youtube and type in 350z exhaust and they have a video that gives you the sound of all the 350z exhausts. It's pretty cool.

Exhaust--what you are really saying, youwant it to sound a little more serious..louder.Stay away from the test pipes for now.Get a cat back that
fits into your budget.Listen to the 100's online to give you an idea...

Tail light tint--usually a vinyl overlay.Personally,I don't like..your car.

Intake--Again,your budget...pop in a K&N...thats a start.You'll note
a air-rush sound that you did'nt have before.A POPCHARGER is good
deal...easy to install..they are very popular. You could add a Ztube while your at it.If you want a lttle bling,BERK does a nifty polished alluminum number.

Paint your car?-I have a silverstone=I think its the best Z color...If you are doing a complete color change...done right...depending on your area.maybe 2-3 grand.Could get it done for less at the cheapo joints...but,why?
Idea:instead of going black..add some carbon fiber-spoiler,lip etc.May give you your black "fix"...goes well with the silverstone--check my z pics

Enjoy the AUTO TRAN...you got a "tip tronic" feature...alows a manual shift.
So what? The Z is to drive.Enjoy and be thankful for what you have!

Do NOT tint your tails. Do like most all of us have done. Buy the Ebay taillights. They're bulkier, colorful and makes your car super mad, yo.

1. Test pipes are fine but probably won't give you the sounds you want. IMO look into a nice used nismo or OEM style exhaust.

2. Tail light tint was played out back in the early 90's.

3. JWT popcharger is cheap and effective, also adds a little sound and power.

4. It is expensive as hell to do it properly. I can sell you a black 05 6mt car if you want.
