I don't intend on reading this entire thread, but let's keep it in mind to keep this professional. I can tell by the previous 10 posts or so, it has the potential for turning into a slander fest...

Thanks God, only 8 months later...

I kno Graham prefers exotic stuff, is the regulator gold plated? A one off?

Seems aeromotives are a dime a dozen...

I remember 3 months ago telling him to go to summit. Com type in regulators n there would be like 5 pages of regs he could choose from.. I'll never forget his reaction....

"woooooowwwwwww
There are so many choices"

I guess u guys win wen it comes to the under-informed?

Thanks for getting it to him, seriously....

Now he can finish building his car!

This seems simple to me If the place that z-1..ny. gets its parts from doesn't make good, its not the buyers problem. give him his money back he can get it some were else! once you take the money its your responsibly to make sure you come up with the product YOU sold. If your source cant get it you need to find it right away from different source or refund!
Blaming the place you get your products from is weak. You made the choice to sell that product with the promise of delivery.
I don't care how many people got stuff. If one person gets no product and no refund that shop is not a good shop!

If that is the case, then that is the vendors problem, not the customers. The vendor in this case seems to have made the same point, that some orders are not worth their time. I get that - however, simple solution: don't offer those products. Once you have accepted a customers order, and money, you are obligated to fill the order, giving it just as much attention as you would a $500 margin order. The customer doesn't care if you are making money, nor should they.

Just as an FYI, I purchased floor mats and a 380RS pedal and it was shipped very quickly and I couldn't be happier with my transaction.
