After oogling over this car for the past months it seems today may be the day my daytona blue enthusiast arrives at the dealer.

I felt the same way when I was waiting for mine. The truck didn't show up until 7:00PM though so I sat there and waited almost the entire day for it to show up.

 

Cool...I still remember the feeling on delivery day.

Be careful if there's snow on the ground. The OE tires are unacceptable for driving in the white stuff. Trust me.

Well as it turns out my car has not arrived at the dealer yet. =(


Got there around 10 and pulled into the lot. 2 super blacks, one chrome silver and one red roadster - no daytona blue in sight!

Ahh well. Spoke to my salesman and he said either later today or wednesday - so ill just be patiently waiting.

I sticked with it all the way. Thats one of the reason I had to order it. PPW Enthu 6 speed with aero package. Man, why hasnt the dealer call me yet?! It should be here any day now!~

Well its Wednesday morning now - really hoping today is the day.


My sales rep told me that there were only 2 DB enthusiasts in the NE right now - checked the Nissan inventory and found it about 60 miles away! I wonder why its not here yet.....i already threw down the deposit. Err if by later today I dont hear good news I may have to convince myself to get my *** there and ditch my current local dealer.

I have had a deposit down on a Roadster since last April. There are only so many to go around and I wanted all the toys. I was hoping to see it last fall. I was just informed by the dealer that it will be in mid February. I guess the trick is to just relax and wait for the call. At this point, it is really better to get it later than sooner since you really can't drive it too much during the winter. Be patient my friend and before you know it, you too will find yourself being stop by the police for going too fast!!
