Still waiting
It's been about 3 weeks since my ZR was damaged at the dealership when I took it in for a recall (fuel hoses). One of the service advisers ran it into a curb or some such thing. Now I am wondering what is taking them so long. I know this is coming out of their pocket so I'm guessing they are working on the car when someone in the body shop gets some open time. Any thoughts on this?

Call them over and over. I had a similar issue, call them and make sure they're working on it because the dealer that was working on mine actually forgot they needed to fix a simple issue that took 3 weeks for me to recieve.
My experiences with this dealership have all been positive up until now. Looks like I going to have to lean on them a bit.

Call Consumer Affairs, it might help to expedite the process. They'll keep in contact with you until you're fully satisfied with whatever you're doing, at least that was in my experience (airbag light - got a new seat covered under warranty, consumer affairs helped expedite the item order).
The wheels are XXR 521's

When the general manager first spoke to me about the repairs, he informed me they had to replace the front bumper and asked if it was okay to put back to stock. Not being that overly pleased with the look of the splitter I agreed. So yes, I am getting rid of the front lip
I picked up the ZR today. It looks very good and stock. Now I will put on the mods I prefer. One thing the ZR does have is proximity sensors in the front bumper, reinstalled by dealership, has anyone else installed distance sensor, if so, do they work well?
