Got scammed by Gotboost1099!
Zorkan... is there any reason why you didn't file a dispute with your credit card company? The credit card company doesn't matter whether you sent money as a gift or for goods and services. Just tell them you made an online purchase through Paypal and you are seeking a refund because the seller is not shipping you the goods and is refusing to issue a refund.
I had a similar experience where what was sent to me was not what i ordered. I first submitted a dispute with Paypal, but that didn't solve anything. I then filed a dispute with my credit card company and submitted emails, messages, pictures, etc. After 10 days, I got a full refund.

This is exactly what I would do. There's no way I would wait at all. I would contact Visa and have my money back asap. let him worry about paypal. The nice thing with Visa is that you are always covered against fraud and this is certainly fraud.
Well I gotta give him one rep point though. He said he was going to give him his money back so maybe he's got some ethics. We'll just have to wait and see if it actually happens or if he's going to make an excuse. I've never had this much fun scents the K1 car thread lol.
To the victim please contact either your credit card company or paypal to report his fraudulent sale. Make copies of the shipping back to him and take pictures because he might claim you didn't send everything back.

Lol. Erk. Cents this is being resloved relativley soon... ban that biatch . We should have a thread or pop up that has beware for scammer fools. He's lucky some serious stuff hasnt occured already.
To be honest he should not have done this in the first place. I think he is only offering the refund due to this attention and support.
I think a running thread of scammers names and information will be helpful for many people for the future.

FYI saying "I will refund money as soon as CC is proven real" then in the next post saying "I will refund money as soon as turbo claim is dealt with" is not a directly addressing the problem. It's stalling and making excuses.
nah... 10 pages of bullsh*t with your name (Anthony Giambri) stated multiple times makes this thread more likely to pop up in Google when people search before doing business with you in the future.
Trust me this will be locked soon as there's verification of all claims being settled. I've done nothing wrong. I mixed up one order and set it straight, I'm still not sure if zoltan was trying to scam me or not but he got his money back.

What? I didn't call my Credit Card company (yet) and the money isn't arrived! I just checked the online banking and nothing there, so please don't fool me (again). Prove me that the money was sent back! I'm starting to loose my patience!
