You weren't expecting him to go through with it. You owe the guy money. Simple as that.

Multiple holds on your account occur for no reason, right? You are the victim here, yes?

Refund him in full anything less is not acceptable and the lies and bs is becoming very tedious.

So, let me get this straight. You "sold" one Vortech kit to 3 different people, Zorkan, ericxvo7, and SamzG35. Then you sent the Vortech kit to one person, some turbos and a few pipe to another, and nothing to another guy. And this was all just one big misunderstanding...?

so let me get this straight...this nitwit cannot handle 2 boxes of crap parts and 3 customers but wants to run a full business? Junior, start with lemonade stand and see where that goes. obviously selling car parts on the internets doesn't make scents for you right now.

I have sold a few items on this forum, and not a single return or complaint. But I posted good pictures and accurate descriptions, weird.

Almost 6,000 views for this thread. Anthony Giambri thank you for all the laughs and business advice.

10% return rate will put you out of business. As word gets out your parts are no good or you're scamming people you might rethink your business plan.

No matter how you look at it you have no legitimate business, at least until as of late legally speaking. 20 transactions is just a drop in the bucket if you actually have a real business.

You're a douche selling shitty car parts online. It doesn't make cents why people would want their money back..

Well you get what you pay for. These cheapos did buy FI kits for a 1/3rd to 1/4th of their original prices.

It's a used kit, they will not hold close to their MSRP values in any regard. I've seen local kits sell for his price but in better condition.

All parts are priced according to condition and very fair. You can't find forced induction kits this cheap anywhere. people are complaining about dirt and grime on engine parts. The stuff works was all pulled from running cars. if you have a show car buy new parts

I like his business motto " I'm only one person I can't keep track of everything"

Sam said I should post up a pic of the supercharger I received from him because he is telling Sam that I received a v2 kit instead of a v3.

I have not once complained to you about the heavy grime that was on the kit. I just stated what condition it was in when I received it. Its my fault for not asking for better pictures. What I did complain about was that the tial diverter valve not being in the kit as you said it would as well as the "8lb" pulley. You wanted to charge me extra for the shipping of the 8lb pulley even though it was you who forgot to include it in the package. And to try to reconcile you said you'd ship the pulley to me on you because of the diverter valve mix up. I don't think you're going to send me the tial so... Can I has my pulley?

Apparently he got "multiple kits" even though I PMd him the minute it was posted. There was only one of each.

It's funny how not ONE buyer of the 20 transactions came here & posted a single positive feedback.

The turbo kit never arrived. Anthoney said it was damaged. I paid through paypal on good and services. Its said that the refund was delayed due to his bank decline the funds required for refund.
Will paypal refund me due to it being goods and services?
