Lol well let us hope he follows through on his word.

To be honest he should not have done this in the first place. I think he is only offering the refund due to this attention and support.

I think a running thread of scammers names and information will be helpful for many people for the future.

Followed up with PayPal before I gifted the refund and was informed they opened and investigation because his credit card company stopped payment. All other disputes are settled through PayPal.

I've addressed everything presented directly. no excuse or let me get back to you, whoever still is UN happy can post if you did not send me me money and your not a moderator stop posting. I'm tired of weeding through bulshit.

FYI saying "I will refund money as soon as CC is proven real" then in the next post saying "I will refund money as soon as turbo claim is dealt with" is not a directly addressing the problem. It's stalling and making excuses.

My account was locked Is now restored but the cc company has already reversed the charges. So 10 pages of bulshit could have been settled in a few posts.

nah... 10 pages of bullsh*t with your name (Anthony Giambri) stated multiple times makes this thread more likely to pop up in Google when people search before doing business with you in the future.

Trust me this will be locked soon as there's verification of all claims being settled. I've done nothing wrong. I mixed up one order and set it straight, I'm still not sure if zoltan was trying to scam me or not but he got his money back.

Absolutely Syner. Let someone google (Anthony Giambri) or Gotboost1099 or LeighMichelle_ or (Anthony's Automotive Tuning and Styling LLC) and have this thread along with all the other come up.

Every single prospective customer needs to read all this plus the other threads before they even consider doing business with Anthony or anyone associated with his "business"

What? I didn't call my Credit Card company (yet) and the money isn't arrived! I just checked the online banking and nothing there, so please don't fool me (again). Prove me that the money was sent back! I'm starting to loose my patience!

PayPal has a hold for the full amount against my PayPal credit line. I'll gift you a refund but if anything happens I'll cancel my credit card.

I called paypal a few days ago. They told me that I can't reverse the transaction. I checked now the Online banking and the amount of money was overbooked (aka finally deducted from the CC) after 3 days, that I sent the money. I checked some online help in this case, and after the money was overbooked, I can't ever deny the transfer at my CC company.

Long story short, you can be sure, I can't do anything with your credit card! Paypal can't do anything either (in my case).

Sent you 1500 gift in good faith you close the PayPal investigation. when the dispute shows resolved on my end I'll send the difference.
