Edited because thread moves so fast that my comment did not make sense anymore. (it was regarding the payment)

I don't have time to post a screen shot to verify this but I'm sure mods can read private messages. my first response to zorkan was I don't do business over seas too many scams. We went back and forth like 5 messages and I said bottom like only way I'll do business is if you send me gift to protect me from any charge back not that I cared about the small fee. He agreed and sent money I called PayPal to make sure there was no way I could loose my money after I sent part, I was informed that payments can be canceled by cc company at any time.

It takes 3 to 5 business days before the money will clear my bank account. Will send it back when it's available. I closed one dispute only one left open

If only PayPal offered a paid service to where once the money cleared and showed "Okay To Ship," and you entered a legit tracking number for that transaction on the PayPal website, then you wouldn't need to worry about losing your money as long as the items in that package were what you described....hmmm.

Pay the PayPal fees people. They are there for a reason.

I can't remember the fee percentage off hand but even at 4.5% for $2,100 it amounts to less than $100.

Never send as a gift. Unless it's truly a gift. Otherwise you deal with scammers like this.

His name is now in Google as a scammer and his information was sent to NJ Attorney General. He built his "shop" with this scam and the k1 kit scam. He built and sold them with trademark infringement. And now sold one F/I kit cut it up and scammed 3 individuals. I can see his degree is paying off, surprisingly enough he can't spell nor learn business ethics. I doubt he will willingly refund the OP his full amount.

Yea... That's definitely not why I'm bashing you.

Nobody cares about your education or income. You're still a sh*tbag.

This is getting out of hand I can't even scroll through the **** to hit reply at the bottom of page. Nobody mentioned that no other transactions were gifts, I thought that would deter the buyer. who sends that kind of money as a gift. If he had money to the point he can afford to loose 2k he would have bought the kit New. The transaction had scam written all over it and I wasn't shy I told him I think he's a scammer. I was wrong, it happens I tried giving Money back

So it's the buyer's fault? A proper business would refuse service, not "try to deter."

The other buyers said you wanted payment sent as a gift as well, but they refused. So are you lying, or is it everyone else?

I've trolled long enough... I'm sure that everyone else would've seen this too BUT...

Anthony, are you sure you didn't confuse Rutgers University with Richard Stockton "2 Year" College? FB, LinkedIn and the former student directory of RSC all have you listed for this Glorious $100k education you speak of.

Zorkan, just sue the chit out of this lying POS and be done with it. If he truly (and I use that word with eyebrows raised) has an LLC with the great state of NJ, then more than likely he will also have liability business insurance as well which means he can file a claim once sued. This means you go to court and get your money with the judgment that will be placed on Anthony Giambri since he will probably not show anyways.

Anthony, let's also not forget this since you also claim to be from Vero Beach, FL as well

Yeah Rutgers indeed. OH sorry I meant Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, since you're flaunting your degree.

Yes this is for business school... - Scammer Anthony Giambri Singing

No point in suing someone that doesn't have any money, however if hes living at home under his parnets you might be able to go after them. The business did take place in their garage correct?
