Man, just read the last 3 or 4 pages. I seriously can't trust anyone from New Jersey, can I? No offense to all the honest peeps from NJ.
Anthony, if you're running a successful business, then you wouldn't need to go into your pockets for cash to resolve an issue with customer service. In fact, you're claiming to be doing so well that this transaction should have been resolved a long time ago. A good business has multiple sources of finance.
I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but your posts have exhausted my patience and killed some of my brain cells. If there's one thing I've learned from reading this thread, it's how to do business to protect myself and NOT do any favors for a small time business like yours.

Anthony, after this thing is over I suggest going back to school and taking a few business classes. If you already did, you need to review some things you missed. Maybe shadow people who have successful businesses and take note of what it takes to have a good business. Does that make cents?

Oh, here we go with the education and money card. People who pull this are usually the exact opposite of what they describe. It's especially telling when the person can't spell or use proper grammar and resort to foul language.
If you truly made that much money and were that educated, this "scam" would have never occurred. You wouldn't need to scam people or make those mistakes of mixing up your parts and orders because you'd have a reliable staff to help you run your company.
But who am I to tell someone how to run a business? I don't know anything about how to run a business. I just know how to spend my money and give that money to businesses I feel good about or can trust to a certain degree.

You should of spent that 100k on something that would've helped you and your business. Like a book on how to provide good customer service or a business law book. That 100k could've been a loan to get your K1 car business off the ground instead of trying to hustle people right now to save up money for it. Poor judgment on your part. Four years of time and money wasted. And now your scrambling for a few thousand bucks that you tried to hustle some people out of.

Chain with the charm, Versace car alarm
Roll through your city smellin like a thunderstorm
Teleport to prom, python on my arm
But don't get me wrong I want the world in my palm
Call like inform, I'm crawlin like a baby
Pop trunk on Antoine I let it down in Katy
The candy grey Mercedes, I sold it at an auction
Rap game Sadie Hawkins, got a ticket for jaywalkin

Anthony, you are an arrogant *****.
You're a scam artist who can't tell the difference between sense and since. If you were truly in business this whole ordeal wouldn't have taken place.
You were trying to pedal those K1 kits and now this turbo kit. It will catch up to you eventually, hopefully sooner then later. Glad you work out of your garage it sure shows.

I am about 45 minutes from Jersey. Why don't I come and pick the money up for the dude out of the country and I will send it to him? That way you don't have to worry about PayPal.
Anyone who pulls the education and income card is a complete tool and usually compensating in another area....you know like the 1/4" kock you are packing....
There are people on this forum that could take your income, multiply it by ten and still make more than than you times ten and you would have no idea who they are because they don't broadcast it.

The unfortunate side of this is that Zorkan is the one getting really ****ed here. Gotboost and people like him are the shitty side of good communities. I hope Anthony figures out how unprofessional all this is and settles it the right way but I don't see it happening.

I'm tired of people bashing me because there jealous I get to play cars all day. The k1 is what financed this new shop, what will pay the bill's, why I'm selling all the 350 stuff. I've been scammed by buyers before I'm just extra cautious. Was it the best way to go about it? no. Did I apologize? Yes I even came out of my pocket so he could get money faster.

Love the tags.
I still don't understand why people gift money, I sold a $30 part to someone who gifted the money to me without me even asking, I told them that was stupid and to never gift money.
$2000 item so the seller ask to gift the money to avoid fee...
For anyone reading this that might buy online in the future, tell the seller if he can't handle the fee, he can sell it to someone else.
Paypal is a service, no different than having a store front that takes credit cards, you have a fee per swipe + % of the sale.
That's how doing business works. If you (sellers) have a problem with that, build the fee into your asking price. It's as simple as that.

You want him to close the dispute to close the deal. And if he opens another one with Paypal or the CC you will say that you settled for $1,500.
That is another freaking SCAM!!
