FYI - multiple posters said you asked for money to be gifted, I highly doubt they are all lying or jumping on a bandwagon (as you say). You're a cheat. You got caught.

 

Another option that is free is to email the local news stations in his area and pitch them the story. They might take it since internet fraud is pretty interesting for most people.

Personally id rather spend $2k on a refund than to have a news station interview me about ripping people off. I can see him now, telling the news reporter he be a collage gradument from Rutgers and would never steal even if 100 scents made a dollhair.

should have taken your own advice. After the money was in my account after a response like that I was sure you were a scammer. Your money is still sitting in my PayPal now the disputes are closed. pm vo work out a way that when u get paid this goes away. I wasn't offering a partial refund, I gave you 1500 as good as cash because l felt bad for being wrong about you. My simpathy is out the door at this point, I want the record set straight, the other 2 idiots were like soon as I get my money I'll clean the **** out of that thread, now everyone has had a refund and this won't stop. They haven't even said they settled let alone I paid to and return shipping

Im still a kid I'm allowed to get tickets and not go to court, I'm allowed to sell cars on eBay "as is" I can spend the night in jail cause I blew up a trash can with drano and tin foil. These will not affect my business, this is and I won't have it. My shop is 60 feet from police station fire company and ambulance nobody will be causing a scene at my shop.

Everyone wants to do business with me cause I can tig, tune and have a dyno but work for 50 bucks an hour. I'm half the price of any shop in 100 Mile radius and I've never taken a car back. I end up fixing hack jobs for less then the original price. I sell parts for dirt people who can't afford forced induction are boosting cause of me. That is not how the business world works. You can't hold somebody's money hostage until you get the review you want. That in itself would be newsworthy:

How does it feel to know that you have ruined your own reputation and any future business ventures simply because you wanted something for nothing? Your greed, immaturity and dishonesty have flawed your existence much more than whatever any of us have said here. You simply "making this right" by refunding Zorkan HIS money for your failure to meet your end of the deal DOES NOT MAKE THIS SIMPLY GO AWAY! You effed up and now you deal with the consequences! It looks like you have a past of causing problems and then running away ("In a car with a large wing"). I wonder how your family, girlfriend or friends feel... Can they trust you? Will they want to help you in the future? Will you be able to conduct business in a community that now knows your real side? Good luck with that... Hopefully your bratty little passifier sucking tuner wannabe @ss gets sued by Zorkan or prosecuted by NJDAO if not both for your lack of respect for others and their hard earned money. Great way to start your 23 years of existence so far. Hopefully you will learn something out of all this AFTER proper justice has been served.
