What does ANYTHING we say have to do with you refunding someone their money for something that YOU didn't do as stated. You admit to making a mistake for f@cks sake and pledged to make it right. Quit making excuses and just do it already. Zorkan is keeping the conversation between you and himself. Nevermind what we do or say... If you know your rights, you know nobody is slandering your "good name." You would also know that you are essentially blackmailing Zorkan.
There's tons of other threads explaining exactly what I'm claiming, if zorkan can post a pic of his credit card with last 4 digits and name visible I can verify with PayPal. If he's legit he gets full refund. If the card is stolen or filed lost the money will be deducted from my account anyway. Mods lock this so only zorkan and myself can post. Should be settled shortly its not hard to post a pic on here, just black out exp date and first 12 digits
