You were making excuses from the very first post plain and simple. First it was you not wanting to be scammed, then PayPal issues and now you're holding it for ransom to clear your name. To be honest your name is not clean due to the k1 kit ordeal.

He confirmed you didnt send the $1,500 as a gift secondly it was from your girlfriends account. He would b stupid to accept it in that form. You or your girlfriend could easily make a claim with PayPal or cc company and say he scammed you and the charges would be reversed.

You should not have took his money in the first place. Now we're here and want the op paid back in full. It's beating a dead horse at this point.

My account was locked it's restored now I'll send through my account. If he's correct in saying a gift is irreversible after 3 days why would the rule not apply to me. It was a gift for the hundredth time.

I've used paypal for 12? Years. Never have I seen a fee on a gift.

Why would you refund $1500 and not the full amount?

If you bought something from anywhere and returned it. Wouldn't you think it's weird to only get 70% of your money back with an IOU note attached to it for the rest?

 

actually when u send as a gift, if the money is not sent from a checking account the sender is assessed a fee. jus some fyi

Zorkan, please seek legal means at this point. There are SEVERAL here in the U.S. that will take a case like this (that involves unprosecuted wire fraud) pro bono! Several would even be able to exercise what is known as "Long Arm Justice" WITCH means he can be sued out of state for conducting business over wired means (website, internet, radio or phone).

There is so much written evidence here from Anthony Giambri, most attorneys would read through this and laugh at Anthony Giambri's incompetence with his self incrimination. I'm sure there are several of us that would be happy to take part in a "GoFundMe.com" campaign if you wanted to set that up yourself. I would be happy to contribute to legal fees (as I'm sure others here would as well) for bringing this POS to his financial knees. I'm normally not this vindictive but CENTS I've been following this thread from the beginning... this f@cker needs to be nailed to the wall.

 

If Eric still doesn't have the pulley he paid for then you haven't cleared anything up Anthony. Zorkan deserves a FULL refund. You keep making it sound like you are doing him and everyone else a favor by sending him any money at all. IT'S HIS MONEY. **** how hard is that to understand. The only person you are doing a favor by sending a full refund along with sending Eric his pulley and whoever else you ****ed over with your sales on here is yourself. Help yourself out and do the right thing.
