Flaunting the cost of your education is pretty funny. I went to a private college for business that costs $28,000 per year. After scholarships, that $112,000 went down to $15,000.

So please scammer Anthong Giambri be proud and gloat after you pay back everyone you scammed.

Ok lets run some numbers.

He works out of his parents garage selling used items and talking everyone into (gifting) the money.

Based on everything we know, hes working 100% under the table.

So what is 10% of a unemployment check? Can the courts touch unemployment?

Anthony, the easiest way to settle all of the remaining issues it to send Zorkan the remaining $600 and call it good. $600 is not a huge sum of money, especially for a business owner.

Additionally you need to learn to keep better track of your inventory, and learn how to ship multiple orders to avoid "mix ups". Also asking your customers to send payment as a gift is very suspect (and all 3 noted that you requested payment via this medium).

Settle your debts and clean up your act if you want to succeed.

Zorkan returned the money that was sent. He wants it sent as a gift (the same way he sent it) to avoid Anthony being able to open a claim in the future.

Even better, Anthony send the entire amount to Zorkan as a gift (just like you received) and be done with it. No more excuses.

He doesn't work out of his parent's garage. His LLC lists an address and a business address (which Google Maps shows as a non-residential building).

For claims brought in New Jersey's Law Division, a judgment lien is created automatically on the debtor's present and future property located anywhere in the state. For claims in New Jersey's Special Civil Part (only claims for $15,000 or less can be brought in this court), the creditor must have the judgment docketed in the Law Division first. A judgment lien in New Jersey will remain attached to the debtor's property (even if the property changes hands) for 20 years. With this said, Zorkan can sue, win a judgment with the evidence at hand (or in this case all over the web) and collect liquidated current and future property for up to 20 years until the judgment is satisfied. Multiple suits are not excluded from this so if I were Boost, I'd be sweating in my white tank top or Affliction shirt and pissing down my skinny legs that I forgot to do on leg day in the gym.

But but but then the op can open up a dispute and get his original money back and make up with the gifted money.

Scammer gonna be scammed.

Funny how he's savvy at taking risk on his end but ask others to take the risk

BTW didn't he only need an investor for $10k to get his k1 business off the ground. Last I remember he told us we missed out and he already found an investor just before he asked to have the thread closed.

Guess that panned out as expected.

His GF's instagram also showed a building claiming to be "Ant's" new shop.

Where are our NJ members? Anyone down to swing by his supposed business and get the lowdown?
