I gifted him 1500 the day I became aware of the situation the balance pending until my account cleared witch happened today . He gave it back for some reason now there's 1500 pending for 5 days I can make him wait but I'm willing to resend the entire amount immediately when this thread closes

So let me get this right. He paid you for a kit that he didn't get.

You refunded some of his money and your holding the rest because of your incompetence to provide good customer service.

Now you want your name cleared and you won't give him his money back until this stays silent about your incompetence.

In turn, your digging yourself into a deeper hole because now it's documented that your basically robbing the guy because you don't want your mistakes made public.

But in reality your making your reputation even worse. Even if that is your plan, the fact that you said your holding his money ransom and don't want this to get out is even worse. Shouldn't have tried to pull a fast one on anyone in the first place. Dishonest people end up getting what's coming to them, that's just how it works. Apparently Anthony has a past history of theft, his parents and educators must be proud. You're nothing more than a poorly executed con artist. I wouldn't be surprised to see this type of pathetic attempt of crime from somebody who is 23, can't hold a legitimate job, and gets upset when confronted for his deviance. The OP has only 16 posts in this thread which appear to be genuine and straightforward. I'm sure if you were in his shoes you would have started a similar thread.

Ultimately, it is between you and him and you are not required to defend yourself to anyone who is not directly involved. Yet, every time you reply it seems to advance this thread with 2 pages of rebuttal...which should really tell you something. From your responses it seems you are going to follow through with the refund, which we would all like to see.

 

I made numerous apologies, sent the guy money and all these *******s made comments making him think I was screwing him when I really just came out My pocket to make this end faster. Half the people being rude didn't even read all 400 posts to know what's going on. I.was.being polite and civil until he refunded the 1500 now I'm annoyed with the side conversation from the peanuts gallery because it's dragging this.out and blowing it way out of proportion.
