stuck in limp mode now
so this 03 car was a mess when i got it, wouldn't start nothing worked it was a mess. was an auto car and swapped to a 6 speed before i got it but they never finished. I now have it so it starts and runs but is in limp mode i guess. I have never worked on a newer nissan, lasts were a 90 300z and a 92 nx2000, i have a list of TPS APP codes it seems, should I go with the pedal being bad?

Did you do a full bleed out and ecu reset before you ran the test?
Here's the link I could find for relearns, there used to be a really nice one I had saved but the link died.

I tried a relearn a few times and the cel never flashes. I atlas got it to start. When i hold the pedal to th floor running it hits maybe 1800 rpm and thats it. Here is the voltage it is reading. And this is after multiple battery disconnects trying to figure out what was done to it before i got it.

You need to correct the U1000 fault before troubleshooting anything else. That fault code indicates an open or short circuit somewhere in the CAN bus wiring that connects all the computers. It could be as simple as a loose or disconnected connector. With an inoperative CAN bus, sensor readings cannot be passed from one unit to another, hence all the other fault codes.

The U1000 code is probably the result of disconnecting the auto transmission's Transmission Control Module (TCM) from the CAN bus. When any module is disconnected from a CAN bus, the CAN high and CAN low pins on the harness connector need to be connected together through a 120-ohm resistor or the bus may fail. An open connector may be the reason for your various sensor faults.
