I turned 80 on April 29th. The Z has 107,000 miles on it. No repair problems except for replacement of worn bolster cloth on driver's side seat in July. Had struts and shocks replaced after finding out I should have had it done at 70,000 miles. Will be more careful next time around. Most of my driving has been around town. Did take the car on a 40 mile trip to a local car show. The car remains my daily driver and I still get a kick each time I start up the engine. As I said previously it will stay with me until I no longer can drive and then it passes on to a much younger part time grandson/friend who will take good care of it.
Had a turp operation on my prostate 3 weeks ago because it had expanded to the point where I couldn't urinate. Recovery has been very smooth and I am peeing a river again. The only problem is I have to take it easy for 4 to 6 weeks. That includes no sex of any type, which is a pain. My 83 year old wife is also not happy but what can you do about it. I will see the doctor on Friday and get the verdict on when the sex can start.
That's all for now. I will report back again next year at this time.

Happy Birthday Bob! Glad to see the car is still up and running
Driving a Z and getting lots of sex are synonymous, so you really need to be focusing on the importance of that fact.
It's good to hear that the surgery went well, but stick with the doctor's recommendations. After you're physically over the surgery, treat yourself to a stripper and a few tequila shots to get things moving again. Hopefully, your wife will understand. I don't think mine would, but deep down, I know she would at least give me a pass if the end result worked in her favor.

Happy birthday! Question: Where did you find the struts and shocks need to be replaced every 70k? My Z has just passed 70k and I noticed the struts (mostly rear) have begun to show some wear.

Mechanic where I get my car serviced said it's recommended but not crucial if your driving is mostly around town and not highway. I decided to have it done since I have 107,000 miles on the car.
Averaging intercourse once a week plush a dash of solo sex when the mood moves me. No battery needed!
lol That's so great.. Well, you know what they say? ''Use it or loose it!" Most couples I know don't even HAVE IT once a week, and they're in their 20's and 30's! smh I couldn't do that. I'm a horn dog like you. Hopefully my libido's as healthy as yours when I'm your age.. Rock on.
