That Nismo is clean. I also think that was one of the best color options. You don't see the White on Black very often, usually when I spot a Nismo 350Z, it's red.
I'm guilty of rocking the Fairlady Emblem . I know it's not a JDM chassis, I just prefer the JDM designation. Also, my 1st 350Z that I purchased in 2010 had the Fairlady emblem pre-installed from the previous owner. I had mixed feelings about it at initially, but overtime, I started to like it for being different, now I rock it because of nostalgia and wanting to "re-create" my old Z.
At least it's an OEM Nissan part and not some Ebay special. But would I put one on a Nismo 350Z? HELL NO.
Cheers!

Knew I was gonna alienate folks on that one. Hahahaha!
Confession: I had a Fairlady emblem on one of my S30s. Oh wait, that's because it was a JDM RHD car. No count.
I seriously don't care what people do to their cars but when it edges from "tastefully modified" into a pineapple car, ehhhh. You know the ones.... the ones that pray for a JC Whitney gift card for Christmas because they shut down the "accessory aisle" at Walmart.
Wasn't sure if I wanted to post this car. High miles (for a BaT car) at 95k. Resprayed from Redline to Black. Accent colors make it look like a Halloween car, automatic trans, 370Z Sport wheels (fine choice) with wrong sized MIX of tires (bad choice) for a 33.
Dare I say it? Yup. All wrong. BaT must be lowering their standards as this is - IMO - not a worthy car for the platform. But whatever, some foo... er, person may like this piece of ju... er, work, I mean, art. WIll probably come on here asking how to swap the trans and dump the orange wheels. (Hopefully doesn't start a 1,000 post useless thread.)
Sweet, low mileage NISMO (#1156 making this an early '08 MY production). I see this and miss mine. Haha.Only 31k miles! As of this post, bidding at $20,250. (no reserve auction). I'm guessing it should hit high 20s if not bumping over $30k (and the way the market is, who's to say it won't set a record with that kind of mileage.)
Interesting indeed. I'm surprised that made it on BaT. Looks like a clean build, not a fan of the missing fender liners. this must've been a garage queen or event show-car.
Cheers!

Not a BaT listing, but saw this in my area and would actually consider purchasing it. @MicVelo this wouldn't happen to be you would it?
CON: It's an 04 with 250k mi.
PROs: It's a track edition, all original, no mods, single owner with records, clearly well loved/maintained based on condition and photos.
Interesting '03 33 Custom with sort of interesting background on BaT.
But caveat emptor - read between the lines carefully - has only 17k miles on it, previous supercharger removed and "low compression found on multiple cylinders". Hmmm, something's rotten in Denmark. (And no, that is no disparity on the Danes... it's an old expression or movie or something.)
I'm curious what the market is like for modified low mileage Z33s like this one. It looks clean. Actual reputable parts. Not really a fan of air suspension, but to each their own. LOL at tires with a 2011 date code.
Looking at that exhaust with only the Motordyne suitcase style resonator and nothing else, I bet that thing screams at WOT.
I'm also hoping this picture was taken when the ignition was ON and not actually running. Otherwise, ruh-roh...
