Replacing stock seats with Corbeaus, 2008 base model questions
So i am replacing my stock seats with a pair of Corbeau reclining ones.My biggest question is that there is a connector underneath the stock seats(i don't have heated seats btw).I am assuming these are for the seat airbags. What do i do with this issue?Thank you in advance!

So is there a way to "close'" the system when using aftermarket seats?I have not reconnected the battery since i removed the stock seats, and have no intention of doing so until I do this correctly.

so there are two connections under the passenger seat,i would assume the other one is for a sensor to detect if there is someone sitting in the passenger seat to activate the dash airbag.Does any one know what to do regarding this connector?

Have you removed the seats already or just guessing ?
For us, it's electronic controls of the seats and the airbag sensor, which is connected to the seat belt connection.
Our cars aren't that clever, it's only going to show someone sitting in there if the seat belt is connected. Otherwise if you had a heavy bag on that seat the belt thing would be flipping out all of the time.
By all means, test it with someone sitting in it when you drive along without their belt plugged in.

https://airbag360.com/nissan-350z--passenger-seat--occupancy--sensor-occupant-classification-sensor-emulator-b1018-472-p.asp glad i found this before i tore apart both seats,It tells the car that someone is seated so airbags are always active!
